This bypass is required as part of the housing development by Persimmon Homes to stop the existing and new traffic using the A4284 and Toddington Lane Rail Crossings. The new bypass will also add a dedicated pedestrian and cycle route going up to the Littlehampton Academy, town centre and the seafront.

Our sister company Equate Design undertook a TOPO survey of the site and we employed a specialist contactor to undertake a drainage survey. We also donated a new insulated cabin which will be used as a space for regular volunteers and community groups that visit the farm.
