This bypass is required as part of the housing development by Persimmon Homes to stop the existing and new traffic using the A4284 and Toddington Lane Rail Crossings. Our sister company Equate Design undertook a TOPO survey of the site and we employed a specialist contactor to undertake a drainage survey. We also donated a new insulated cabin which will be used as a space for regular volunteers and community groups that visit the farm.

BCM began the works at Gidea Park for MTR Elizabeth line, in December 2020, building new Train Crew Accommodation and Cleaners Accommodation whilst improving the surrounding area including parking facilities, a bicycle shelter and EV charging points.
